	Views' End Bed & Breakfast is a peaceful oasis with magnificent bay views, a place to relax and recharge. After a good night's sleep and a hearty cooked breakfast in the cheerful dining area you'll face some tough decisions like whether to go sightseeing around the Peninsula before or after an hour or three of just sitting back and taking it easy. Views' End could be the beginning of a new outlook.

Property Description:
This large, modern, weatherboard home nestles in a magnificent garden, featured in the Australian Open Garden Scheme. There are many private garden nooks and spaces in the one acre garden where guests can sit and admire close-up and distant views. The location presents a northerly aspect overlooking farmland, vineyards and Port Phillip Bay with the Melbourne city skyline on the far horizon.

The home also has large verandahs at ground level so the garden envelopes every outlook, and every season produces changing highlights. The guest lounge is spacious with homely, comfortable furniture and a cosy wood fire. Breakfast is served in the adjoining meals area which has a distinctly farm-style table and chairs with matching dresser, laden with colourful crockery.
The three guest bedrooms each have ensuites.

Special Features:
Kaye Clancy is a ceramic artist and tucked away in the corner of the garden is her studio and shop.
Views' End has two resident wolfhounds who welcome visiting dogs, however, all dogs must remain outside.
Many guests choose to bring their bicycles and enjoy venturing out from Views' End to explore the Peninsula.

Description of Rooms/Units:

The bedrooms all have beautiful outlooks and clean, elegant interior styling in soft colours.
One bedroom enjoys views of the bay. It has a king size bed which can be reconfigured as twin beds and, if needed, a single bed can be added. The room is equipped with air-conditioning. The ensuite has a shower, vanity unit and toilet.

The second bedroom also has a King or twin bed setting. The view is a lovely aspect of the garden. This ensuite features a bath with a picture window as well as a shower.

The third room offers a queen size bed and an ensuite.

All rooms have their own television, wardrobes, electric blankets, heating, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards.

Breakfast: A four course breakfast is prepared and served by your hosts. Home grown produce is used where possible including Views' End’s own fresh eggs and jams. Guests make their selection the night before from the menu provided.

Dining Options: Lunch hampers and evening meals are available in house by prior arrangement. Nearby Port Arlington (6km) has a good choice of restaurants and cafés and a little further Queenscliffe has plenty to offer.
