	Escape to Majorca without the jetlag! The Mornington Peninsula is home to some lavish and quite spectacular private properties that one doesn't usually get to visit, let alone stay for a weekend. Villa Mallorca is an exception in this and many other respects. This beautiful villa, with its striking Mediterranean character, is the perfect luxury Peninsula retreat for close friends or family to enjoy all to themselves..

Property Description:
Rustically crafted in an authentic Majorcan finca style, Villa Mallorca blends true Spanish ambiente with modern luxuries. Rough rendered walls and solid recycled timbers combine with Mexican ceramics and wrought iron balustrades to recreate a distinctively Mediterranean atmosphere. Modern lounges and exotic antiques provide stylish expression.

Set amongst over an acre of Mediterranean landscaped gardens, the villa cascades down several levels with a Northerly aspect that captures maximum sunshine, as does the beautifully integrated, private pool. The "al fresco" theme of Villa Mallorca is reinforced on both levels of the villa by opening up sets of French doors onto large terraces, each enjoying expansive Bay and valley views. The dining area is also surrounded by views and has a long refectory style table, with seating for up to ten, serviced by a well appointed kitchen.

The house can be divided into two self contained apartments, Upper Villa and Lower Villa - ideal for bookings for smaller numbers, or for large families who wish to enjoy some separation of teenage and adult holiday agendas.

Description of Rooms/Units:

Lower Villa
Entry is from a courtyard into an open plan living/dining area equipped with gas log fire, television and CD player. The bathroom has a spa. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and access to a terrace overlooking the pool and sea views.

Upper Villa
Stairs in the villa's main entry hall ascend to the spacious upper level living/dining area featuring a generous open fire, additional gas heating, satellite television, DVD and stereo systems, plus a DVD and CD library. This room opens onto a large terrace with barbecue, umbrella, table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining with a large oven, dishwasher and ice dispensing fridge-freezer.
The main bedroom has an ensuite with a spa. The second upper level bedroom, also with queen size bed & internet PC, is serviced by a separate bathroom with a regular bath. The third bedroom has two single beds, plus a trundle bed for a child if required. Note: Bed linen and towels can be provided as an option.
