	An enchanting cottage in a storybook setting. Experience the essential character of the Dandenong Ranges -- the sound of kookaburras, the rustle of eucalypts, the lacy green tree ferns. The cottage is perfect for 2 to 3 couples, or families, as a comfortable base from which to explore the many local attractions.

Property Description:
Whistle Stopover offers a two-storey, Federation-style, timber cottage amidst an acre of peaceful gardens, where kookaburras and rosellas are fed daily. Much of the garden is given to the indigenous mountain forest gum trees and ferns which enhances the serenity of the immediate environment.

The cottage features natural timber inside and out, and is simply furnished in a country style. The living area is especially generous in size and has a television, DVD, video, and CD system. A fully equipped kitchen is designed to cater for a full house or even a small function. The cottage has central heating and fully ducted airconditioning.

Further accommodation is available in the main house in a romantic Spa Suite with its own private entrance. The suite has a lace-draped queen size four-poster bed, cosy couch and breakfast table, cathedral ceilings and feature brickwork. The ensuite is complete with a large double spa.

Function / Conference Facilities:
The cottage has an expansive living room that easily doubles as a small conference area suitable for up to 18 persons or 30 for a function.

Whistle Stopover Cottage
A master bedroom with ensuite, containing a luxurious, sunken, circular spa, is located on the ground floor. This bedroom has a king size bed (convertible to two singles). Upstairs are two further bedrooms and a bathroom. Both these bedrooms have a queen size and a single bed.

Spa Suite (pictured right)
Located within the main house, the Spa Suite offers queen size bed, spa ensuite, casual furniture and private entrance.

Breakfast: The Cottage and the Spa Suite are stocked with provisions for guests to prepare their own Continental breakfast if required.

Dining Options: The cottage is ideal for self catering or there are several quality restaurants within 10-20mins drive.

Cottage: $230 per night for a couple. Each extra adult $70, or child age 3 to 11 $15 per night (free under age 3). Pets $10 per night
