Property Description:
The purpose built bed and breakfast nestles comfortably in a predominantly natural garden setting atop a hill. Across the lawn a gazebo, complete with barbecue, provides a popular spot to linger over the magnificent views, especially at sunset.

The home has deep shady verandahs, three guest bedrooms with ensuites, and an elegant guest lounge/ dining room with open fire and bay window. Antiques and period style furniture create a sophisticated, old world ambience.

The Cottage
A separate, self-contained cottage is also beautifully furnished and presented. With two bedrooms and a spacious living area it can accommodate two couples very comfortably. Period style furniture and fittings, including a romantic fireplace, give the cottage a similar traditional atmosphere.

In House (pictured right)
There are three guest rooms with ensuites, electric blankets and reverse cycle air-conditioning. One room features a beautiful, four-poster queen size bed, another has a king size bed (convertible to singles) and the third has a queen size bed.
The elegant guest lounge has plush armchairs and sofas around the fireplace and is equipped with television, CD player and library.

Cottage (pictured below)
Features include private verandah, double spa with courtyard outlook, two romantically furnished bedrooms (French Provincial bed & antique canopied bed), kitchen equipped with microwave and 4 burner cooktop, open plan lounge and dining area with period style fireplace and leather chesterfield lounge suite, television, DVD and CD players, large windows with lovely garden views frequented by native birds.

Meals

Breakfast: In house guests are pampered with a delicious full breakfast in the dining room, including a cooked course from the menu. Cottage guests receive home made bread and full breakfast provisions daily to prepare at their leisure.

Dining Options: In house dinners are available by arrangement. Your hosts are pleased to cater for special occasion dinners and/or particular dietary needs. Excellent restaurants can also be reached within a short drive.

Midweek: $180 per night for a couple.
Weekend: $250 per night for a couple.
Extra persons $60 per person per night

Minimum Stay: Two nights on weekends applies to the Cottage

Deposit: Credit Card details or 50% of tariff by cheque on booking

Cancellation Terms: Full refund with 7 days' notice. Less than 7 days' notice - deposit retained. Less than 24hrs' notice - full tariff charged
